If you are dissatisfied with a Myocyte Research product that you purchased directly from our website (www.myocyteresearch.com), you may return it to us for replacement or a refund using the process below.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via Insured USPS Post.

Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned.

Please include the following information with your return:
1) Reason for return.
2) A copy of the receipt or order number.
3) Replacement freight will be paid by Myocyteresearch if replacement is sent.

Once the returned product has arrived at our facility, the returned product then will then be processed by our returns department. Processing and transit time from the time the packages reach our dock to the being package being shipped is 3-5 business days.

 

Refunds or credits will be equivalent at the time of purchase. Refunds are for products only – shipping fees won’t be refunded.

Damaged or incorrect shipped product.

If damage occurred to the item(s) during shipment, or you have received incorrect items. Please contact customer service at  customerservice@myocyteresearch.com for the replacement of the product(s). Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
